Today is Justin's 11th Birthday! We are so happy for Justin. He is growing up to be such a great kid. He is fun, smart, kind, thoughtful, responsible, innovative and friendly. He has some really good friends and has a fun time hanging out with them. Justin is doing great in school and has qualified to be accepted into the Summa program at the middle school for this coming school year. This is an advanced-learning group for his core classes. These include Humanities, Science and Math. He will be taking tennis lessons this summer and is learning how to play the guitar. It is fun to see him learning new skills he can have fun with for years to come.
Today was such a busy day. Tyler had a baseball practice at the park behind our home at the same time Justin had a 5th grade production at the school. We caught the beginning of Tyler's practice and then made it just in time for Justin's musical program. Both boys did a great job! Afterwards, we celebrated Justin's birthday by going out for frozen yogurt at a cool place where you can pick your own toppings. A bunch of Justin's friends from the school production that night were at the yogurt shop, so he had fun eating and hanging out with his friends. Happy Birthday, Justin!
