Hearing that little heartbeat today was just like music to my ears! Hello little baby!
We took Tyler with us to my doctor's appointment. He said the heartbeat sounded like "the baby is drinking milk". Which was pretty much what it sounded like on the Doppler. Rhythmic gulping. It reminded me of this silly song...and I've been so happy all day just thinking about our baby!
Next appointment is the ultrasound. Yay!

I've always loved my appointments because it was proof that, indeed, I had something growing inside of me -- it wasn't the extreme stomach flu that never ended. :) I remember waiting in the doctor's office once, trying to hold back tears because I was feeling so awful. As soon as I heard that heartbeat, I was smiley the rest of the day. It's such a pick me up! Are you going to find out the gender at the ultrasound?

I am so sorry to hear you have been sick. me too... Hope you feel better soon. I finally went on some medication to help. I am super excited we are due about the same time. tehehe... so fun.
