I had been upstairs for a while when I realized that the quiet I was enjoying probably meant something wasn't quite right in Guppyville. When I peeked around the corner to look down the stairs, I saw two boys and a trail of leaves from the artificial tree. Tyler was holding one of those alligator chomper toys that opens and closes its mouth when you pull a trigger thing. It had a leaf from the tree in it's mouth. Justin was standing there as happy as a lark laughing at Tyler. Here is a picture of the guilty leapers:

I told Tyler that we don't pull leaves off the tree. He innocently said, "But my dinosaur was hungry!" I didn't even know what to say to that! It was all I could do not to burst out laughing! There is a line all around the tree where the dinosaur munched away every single leaf on each branch! Just like what a giraffe would do or in Tyler's case a brontosaurus!

Well we can't let our dinosaur go hungry, now can we? Calling all dinosaurs! We still have SOME leaves left on our tree!

That is so funny... I have such a hard time not laughing at my kids sometimes.
Ahhh . . . the things our kids do! Alyssa was blissfully quiet earlier today, so I also knew something was up. She had covered herself in vaseline . . . not easy to get out. You can't help but smile, though. They keep us on our toes!!!
Oh those silly herbivores, don't they know to go outside to eat. Those empty branches are just killing me...it is so funny! Good for you for taking pictures!
