107 degrees

That's the forecast for tomorrow. Maybe 108 degrees. Yikes! It got up to 105 degrees today in Hillsboro today. (I sent Travis out to grill hamburgers for dinner tonight...I'm glad he made it back safely!) And to think I thought it was HOT in Utah! The boys had a blast with the slip n' slide yesterday and this is what we were doing today:

Watching Justin at a basketball camp coached by some teenagers in our ward. They had the kids doing fun drills and winning contests. All in the shade! Justin is looking forward to the rest of the week. Tyler is already practicing on our hoop to be ready for next year when he'll be old enough to go to basketball camp, too! Tomorrow we will be taking ICE water with us...no jackets here, Allie!

We're BACK!

We are home now after 3 1/2 weeks in Utah visiting my family. We had so much fun and I'm surprised how hard it has been to come back home. The boys had so much fun with their cousins and even met their newborn cousin, Tian, who was born last Monday morning. It was so much fun to hold him! He is such an adorable baby!

Then Heidi's baby boy was born in Texas yesterday morning. All the adults (except for G-Gpa Jolley)were still awake playing games at 1 am and got to see a cute cell phone picture of baby boy Tuttle! Even though we live in another state, I have been in town (for one reason or another) at least within a week of all the births of my nieces and nephews except for Sada, the oldest who was born in Oregon before I moved here. I count Heidi's new baby because I was there for the "He's born!" phone call to Grandma and Grandpa! Amazing!

Well, I have lots to blog about and lots to unpack from our suitcases...so stay tuned...WE'RE BACK!
